What You'll Build
- Scale EarthOptix: Live platform with 5 integrated enterprise APIs (GOES-R, NEXRAD, NASA EONET, NOAA GFS, OpenWeather). Optimize spatiotemporal ML pipelines, enhance data fusion algorithms, architect for 10x growth
- Launch 2026 Platforms: Apply proven architecture to agricultural precision (FieldOptix) and industrial infrastructure (EdgeOptix)
- Lead Federal Proposals: Co-author Technical Volumes for SBIR Phase I/II across 6 approved agencies, align to NIST AI RMF
- Drive ATO/FedRAMP Path: Design roadmap from pilot deployments to full authorization, implement continuous monitoring
- Build Technical Team: Hire and mentor engineers as we scale to Series A and beyond

- Co-Founder Equity: 50% equity for full-time commitment with 4-year vesting and 1-year cliff. Part-time arrangements negotiable at 15-25% equity with proportional vesting terms.
